Behne Inc. is looking for good drivers with flatbed and/or specialized trailer experience. We need drivers who are team players and want to make good money. Our current drivers have been with us for 2 to 8 years – with a driver who retired recently that had been with us for 10 years. Our philosophy is that we are a family and each person is very important to whole of the company.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be 23 or Older
2 Years Flatbed Experience
1 Allowable Accident – depending on circumstances
No DWI or DUI within the last 3 years
No Felony Convictions
Hazmat NOT Required

COMPENSATION

$.40/mile plus bonuses and additional pay
(includes Stop, Pickup, Drop, Detach Pay)

We pay on Hub Miles ~ NOT book miles

Average 2200 Miles per Week

We work with Each Driver’s home time needs.

Average days out is 10-14 with 3-4 days home before being dispatched out again.

We pay all tolls and scales

There are Prepass transponders in each truck.

We have fuel cards and drivers can get cash advances
